Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to, sales and marketing both over the phone and in person to gain new clients, great customer service, and day to day agency operations.
The candidate we are looking for should possess:
Outstanding customer service and people skills
Self-motivation with a desire to set and exceed goals
An AZ License in property, casualty & life, health Insurance or willing to obtain before hire
Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus
Ability/desire to work in a small business environment
Ability to learn company products, services, and computer systems
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
Prior insurance experience is not required
Prior sales experience is not required but is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid AZ driver's license, be able to pass a background check.
