Our client is a leader in online auto insurance, selling products acrossಞ states (and counting). They have recently expanded to the Phoenix, AZ area and are looking to add multiple Sales Agents to their sales team IMMEDIATELY. In this role, you will receive extensive, hands-on training and the opportunity to obtain a Property and Casualty license valid in 30+ states. What You'll Be Doing
Use your sales skills to sell new auto insurance policies and turn inbound sales leads into revenue.
Follow a standard script to assist customers over the phone.
Calculate and provide auto insurance quotes to potential customers.
Receive extensive training and preparation to pass a required state licensing exam.
Making money for every call you turn into an insurance policy.
About You
You have experience selling--either in upselling, cold calling or collections.
As Sales Agent, you have amazing sales and customer service skills.
You're hungry and driven, and know how to close a deal.
You possess excellent communication skills and articulate clearly, enthusiastically and effectively.
You're highly organized and able to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stress and pressure don't stand a chance with you. You know how to take initiative and get the job done.
You're proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
You have a high school diploma. Some college or a BS/BA is preferred.
