Ideal candidates will have:
1) Experience working with Acord forms and agency management systems
2) Track record of cultivating and maintaining carrier relationships
3) Ability to multi-task
4) Licensed in the state of Florida as a 4-40
5) Ability to work from our Tampa Florida office, close to the Oldsmar flea market
6) Ability to work Full Time Mon - Friday 8:30 to 5:30, No Weekends
JOB DUTIES:
• Capture new insurance business (Home, Flood, Auto, Boat, and all Commercial)
• Develop a satisfied clientele that will recommend an agent's services to other potential customers; referral business focus.
• Accurately complete applications and other corresponding documents for the issuance of an insurance policy.
• Maintains records.
• Be able to offer advice on the way clients can minimize risk, and make recommendations.
• Involved in cross-selling or total account development.
Implement and work Processes set forth by the agency (Tickler files, renewals, etc.)
• Attend all company required meetings
• Additional responsibilities as requested or required
