Position: Managing General Agent
Basic Function:
Build a Life, Annuity, Disability and Critical Illness insurance product focused agency
- Drive premium growth through needs based selling
- Develop successful producers through recruiting, selecting, training and developing new and experienced agents
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry practices, current sales strategies, business and personal management principles, state and federal legislation
- Proven sales skills and the ability to motivate others
- Current state producer license(s) within 90 miles of office
- Errors and Omission Coverage
- Detailed Product Knowledge with experience in life, annuity, disability and critical illness insurance prouducts
- Agent recruiting, training and retention skills
- Ability to prepare and implement marketing and prospecting plans
- Successful career as an insurance agent
Compensation:
Commission and Bonuses. 1st year expectation $100,000 - $150,000 net
