You earn income every time one of your clients pays their bill so if they are your customer for 20 years you earn income for 20 years on that one sale. We are in the process of recruiting a couple of talented individuals who are interested in BEING THEIR OWN BOSS, CREATING THEIR OWN JOB SECURITY IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY, and MAKING AS MUCH INCOME as they want to fulfill their dreams! As a Farmers Agent, we will train you to help your customers by conducting needs analysis and putting together the right insurance package for them.
With Farmers you are not limited to just life insurance or group supplemental insurance or workers comp or health insurance or commercial insurance or investment products or auto or home insurance. As a Farmers agent you will have all of those products to offer your customers. You can tailor fit a package of products for every customer to help them best and maximize your income.

We are so financially strong we recently purchased 21st Century Auto from AIG for $1.9 Billion dollars. While you are learning, training and working in a district office that has an excellent staff of people to help you on your way to being successful you can look forward to being in business for yourself, but not by yourself. This is a challenging position but you will have the backing and support of the Farmers organization. We have been helping people like you build successful agencies for almost 80 years.
This is a great opportunity for both men and women. We are expanding our Emerging Markets Program and there is a nice bonus available if you are bilingual in Spanish. You MUST:

*have a college degree or 4 years of solid work experience
*have lived in your community for several years
