Position Description:
A. Generating sales, conducting appointments, completing policy applications, reviewing and evaluating insurance policies.
B. Prospecting for new clients, uncovering customer needs, and selling the appropriate products to meet their needs.
C. Building relationships with clients by having meaningful and sometimes difficult conversations.
D. Building relationships within the community and establishing referral sources.
Agent Profile:
1. Must have or obtain Washington State insurance licenses
2. Fun, charming, easy to get along with
3. Confident and persuasive
4. Self-motivated, Trustworthy and dependable
5. Desire to help others and put their needs first

Desired skills:
Computer proficiency, comprehension of complex systems, resourceful problem solver, multi-tasking & prioritizing, good organization, strong verbal and written communication. Experience in sales, business management, banking, insurance, law, or marketing is a plus.
