Our agency is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to add to our sales team.Benefits of our opportunity include
* After bonuses and commissions you can realistically make $75k - $80k in the first year!
* We also will pay for you to become a licensed agent if you do not hold a currentinsurance license!
* You do not have to work out of our office - you can work from home contacting and meeting with clients!!
Responsibilties Includes:
-Assists in managing weekly marketing systems
-Actively solicits expiration dates for new clients
-Writes new business on all products we offer
-Actively participate in community events promoting the agency
-Meets or exceeds monthly production goals
Job Requirements:
* Successful candidates come from various backgrounds: sales (inside and outside), management, marketing, business, ownership, food service, etc
* NO job hoppers - if you apply you will not be considered. Stability is key to our business!
* Must be self driven and motivated
* Insurance License is a plus but we will help the right individuals with licensing!
