A well established Insurance brokerage firm located in Roseville, Hillenbrand Insurance Services, is looking to add a life insurance salesperson to our growing team. Candidates must have experience with selling over the phone, customer service and organizational skills, while managing duties with accuracy and thoroughness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selling Life Insurance over the phone to pre-qualified warm leads, email and direct mail, contact prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of services and products offered
Create and manage direct mail, internet and email marketing campaigns
Successfully turn warm & cold leads into sales
Inform prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products
Enters name, addresses, and document conversations of prospects into a computer database system and uses the system to its fullest potential (appointment setting, follow up, report generation, etc.)
Follow up with customers on an ongoing basis to help build a long term business relationship
Prepare reports on sales and prospective sales activities.
Meet established weekly productivity goals REQUIRED! Must convert a minimum of 1-3 warm leads into sold policies per day REQUIRED!
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Proven successfull track record with phone slaes REQUIRED; California Department of Insurance Life Licensed REQUIRED; Bachelors degree from four-year College or university preferred; 2-4 years in a sales and/or marketing role; Experience in the life insurance industry REQUIRED; proficient in MS Office software
