Rapidly growing Farmers Insurance agency
located in Old Towne Elk Grove is seeking an
customer service representative with proven skills
in solving customer issues. MUST have P/C license
and proven cross selling skills.
Strong phone skills. Call center experience a plus.
Duties include calling existing customers to schedule
appointments, answering phones, scanning documents, taking
messages, filing, making bank deposits, researching and resolving
customer billing questions, quoting rates, Ability to speak
Spanish highly desirable. Strong computer skills especially
Word, mail merge and excel are a must.
Location: Elk Grove, CA
