Sacramento insurance brokerage seeks an enthusiastic, experienced commercial insurance sales agent to be part of a small but growing business.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, organized and hard working individual who would like to be part of our family owned business. Key attributes for the applicant are the abilities to multi-task and work in a small team environment. Willingness to learn new skills, explore new sales markets and focus on success through excellence in education are very important traits. Experience in sales and commercial insurance is required.
Applicant Requirements:
• 2-3 years minimum insurance sales experience
Active Property and Casualty license
• Contractor/Commercial sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to work independently
• Great customer service skills
Compensation:
• $24,000 annual salary, plus commission for the first year
• Estimated compensation for the first year is $30,000 - $40,000
• After the first year the pay is based solely upon earned commission, with successful agents building their customer base and earning more in subsequent years
Work Details:
• Dress code: Office casual
• Work hours: 8am-5pm, Monday -- Friday
• Location: East Sacramento
