Job Responsibilities include:
• Develop qualified leads and set appointments to produce new applications that meet or exceed mutually agreed upon sales and service goals.
• Build professional relationships and referrals from new and existing Clients.
• Conduct insurance & financial needs analyses and coordinate customer-centered solutions.
• Market and promote State Farm products at community events and to professional networks.
**Desired Skills and Abilities include:
• Prior Insurance sales experience preferred
• Licensed or strong desire to become licensed in Life, Health, Property & Casualty
• Entrepreneur with desire to develop into an agent role
• Goal oriented-- highly self motivated, creative and resourceful
• Trustworthy & dependable with proven integrity and work ethic
• Utilizes effective people skills to relate to clients; strong customer service skills
• Thrives in a customer-focused sales environment

• Excellent communication abilities- written, verbal & listening
• Proficient in computer software programs--MS Office
