• Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements in a timely manner
• College degree is a plus
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required

Job responsibilities include:

• Contact lead/prospects to inform them of products offered
• Prepare quotes on all the various insurance products and services
• Pivot to existing customers another product line over the phone or in person
• Conduct insurance reviews on customers to assess possible gaps in their existing plan
• Develop centers of influence in the community who refer you prospects
• Submit applications for products sold in a timely and detailed manner
• Engage customers in small talk to build report
• Work with our underwriting partners and customer service representatives on applications that were submitted with missing information

The compensation package for this position is as follows:

• Small starting salary to get established
• Unlimited earning potential with up front and renewal commissions
• Retirement plan -- (after probationary period)
