The Chad Johnson Insurance Agency, State Farm Insurance is looking for a highly motivated individual that is looking for a local career with unlimited opportunity. The role of a Sales Team member will be that of full time sales with some service expectations. Team members will be responsible for actively acquiring new business as well as taking part in local community networking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in sales and be fluent in Spanish.
In addition the candidate will be an individual that is a self starter and enjoys working in a dynamic, high energy, positive, and rewarding environment. This agent has a proven track record of the mentorship and development of his employees and will ensure that each team member is given all of the tools and training needed for success.
There will be a base salary paid as well as monthly commissions and bonuses.
The agency will provide all of the needed training as well as support to get State Licenses. The agency will also provide pre-qualified leads, which are households awaiting a call back with a competitive quote from this agency.

Compensation: $30,000-$50,000
