3) You don't have to EVER wait for a raise....you work hard, and in this economy, raises are few and far between. With being an agent, you work hard to build your book of business. When and if something happens to that person, YOU are the one that delivers the death benefit check. Seeing what that does for a family is literally one of the most rewarding thing that my agents have done!

Below is the "Race Period" information that I have used this year as a "special incentive". This has been prepared to enhance the new contract that Farmers has put together for new agents. The information below is in addition to Farmers' contract for the balance of this year.
1. Farmers is offering a $6,000 bonus to you if your securities licensing is obtained within the first 12 months of your agency appointment agreement.
2. You will be provided office use (as available) for one year at the District Office. This is meant to provide you extra support and strengthen your financial situation as you grow your agency.
3. Your new "Career Subsidy" will be $2,500.00 over and above all commissions for six months guaranteed and thereafter measured by your achievement during that first six months. Your subsidy will be paid to you on top of your new business commissions.
4. You will receive priority consideration for both "Orphan Policy Assignments" and "Ad Aid", which is money for marketing and advertising.
5. You have $200 of additional monies available per month IF you participate in our group medical plan.
6. All other "benefits" from our benefit program will be available to you and your family after qualifying for our "Career Program", which you can easily do in 90 days or LESS!
7. I commit to you 100% of my experience and resources to help you launch a very successful agency through maximization of all of our District and State OfficeResources.
Please understand that our District Manager, Rich Winters, returned from Farmers' second management conference in August, where, once again, Farmers executives outlined their plans to DOUBLE THE SIZE OF OUR COMPANY BY 2020. After the conference, we know for certain that the leaders of our company are very serious about this quest! They have been and are proving it more and more everyday!
