DUTIES:
• Fluently translate Spanish and English
• Discuss insurance products with potential customers both in Spanish and in English
• Advise customers of claims and billing policies and procedures as needed
• Provide timely service by responding to inquires, issues and complaints
• Resolve customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and make changes to policies
• Maintain customer relations
• Verify Coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments
Process policy changes
• Input information into database for future follow ups
• Schedule Appointments and assist with applications
MUST BE QUALIFIED
• Fluent in Spanish and English Language
• Exceptional relationship skills
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Good working knowledge of PC based computers
P & C LICENSE IS A PLUS
