After you get liscensed you enter this program as a Reserve Agent. This gives you up to 1 year to determine whether this opportunity is right for you and your family. To go full time you must sell 40 auto and/or home policies and 4 life policies. Once this is complete you become a Career Agent. This carries a base subsidy of 36 thousand for the first year and 48 thousand the second year.
This is a great opportunity and it is sales but not sales in which you are consistently cold calling people you've never met before. It is largely based on referrals, but we have tons of leads of people who have been on the website looking for quotes or other places. Let me know if you are interested in this opportunity.
