Reputable, growing Independent Insurance Agency specializing in P & C seeking either an Agent/Producer or support staff. The position is in office, fulltime, and offers lots of room for growth. Agency will help the right candidate with continuing education and insurance license designations.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least some college experience. Must be articulate, polite, good grammar, phone experience, have own transportation, and a professional appearance. Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Prior insurance and PR experience a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, task completion skills. Work would include daily service on accounts. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, work quickly under tight deadlines and high pressure situations, and manage interruptions throughout the day. Needs to be highly organized with the ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems.
