We are hiring for an outside sales representative to join our team of insurance agents selling Auto, Home, and Life insurance (including Annuities). We don't require industry experience, but you must have a very competitive attitude, a professional demeanor, personal integrity and a strong work ethic. We provide 3 months of company paid training, including all licensing and travel expenses. You have the luxury of getting a career opportunity of running your own business, but will have all overhead expenses paid and a Branch Manager who you would report to and give you coaching and guidance. We pay an ongoing base salary, pay new business commissions and bonuses, renewal commissions and bonuses, company paid pension plan, company matching 401k, excellent health, dental, and vision benefits, etc.
This is a full-time position and you cannot have any other outside jobs. Average first year income with Salary, commissions, and bonus is about $60k. Alot of people make much more than this in their first year. This is just the average for the 1st year. This is a six figure career opportunity!
