Brightway Insurance is searching for new, energetic sales associates to help grow our agency in Boca Raton FL.
You will be working at the top selling agency in the organization.

• Brightway operates over 90 agencies throughout the Southeast
• Our insurance producers have the opportunity to write with over 100 carriers
• Our producers focus on selling only, no paperwork or servicing current customers!
• Our producers are encouraged to seek new customers and develop clientele by networking and generating lists of prospective customers
• Our producers analyze each customer's personal insurance needs and suggests additions or changes to customize their policies
• We are predominately a Property and Casualty agency
A successful Insurance Producer candidate will have either a Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty or a Florida 20-44 Personal Lines license. A Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License may be suitable.
He/she will possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm and will be willing to work hard to grow his/her book profitability.
