JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Insurance Sales Representative: Inbound calls for commercial insurance leads + cross sell opportunities for personal lines. No Cold Calling. We represent several of the largest, most preferred carriers in the marketplace and sell in a virtually paperless environment
Retention Specialist Representative: Rewriting, re-shopping, and retaining existing personal lines property & casualty home & auto insurance customers. No Cold Calling. You will be working with our existing client base and earning money on every policy you sell! This position requires a unique blend of customer service and sales skills. FSC Rater experience a plus!
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
MUST be a licensed Property & Casualty agent. If you are not currently licensed with more than 1 year experience, need not apply. Looking for Top Producers. We are not a direct writer. We work with a large platform of carriers that use multiple systems and require knowledge of individual underwriting guidelines. . .. Because of this - computer literacy, organization, and multi tasking skills are a must to succeed.
