New Allstate opening up has a position available for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Producer. We are looking for an aggressive salesperson with great closing skills, must possess great written and verbal communication skills and have a great attitude. This position does require a P&C license, however, it is not required to apply for the position. Throughout the training process we will work with you to obtain your licensing requirements.
Key Functions:
* Solicit and write and new P&C policies
* Follow consistent sales process for:
- Quoting
- Lead follow up
- Application completion
* Understand and follow all underwriting and rating plans
* Ensure that all documents are signed, filed and faxed
* Maintain knowledge of new products
* Ask ALL customers for referrals
* Meet production requirements and goals assigned by agent
* Manage prospecting campaigns as outlined in agency process
Our agency offers a full line of insurance products at competitive prices. Insurance experience is not needed, however a proven track record in sales is required. The agency will provide you with high quality leads.
