Job Position Responsibilities include:
-Bilingual Spanish
-Prospecting calls, lead follow up's
-Appointment setting
-Build relationships with new and existing clients, asking questions to uncover needs for additional business and closing sales for auto, home, life, health, commercial, bank products, and asking for referrals
-Ability to cross sell
-Handling requests for insurance coverage changes, change of vehicle, address etc.
-Personal and professional networking to generate relationships with new clients
-Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or client services preferred
-Honest, dependable and ethical behavior (must pass a background check)
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to multi-task, yet detailed. Good Organizational Skills
-Strong communication and customer service skills (written, verbal, listening)
-Successfully complete and maintain all company, State and Federal required licenses
-Able to learn computer functions/Programs (Windows Office, etc.)
