Medicare-Related Insurance Sales -- Full-time Agent Position (W. Ft. Worth)

These positions require that you have a GROUP I TEXAS INSURANCE LICENSE (General Lines -Life, Accident, Health & HMO) and experience selling Medicare-related insurance products.
Position Details:
• Inside sales position. Representatives will make outbound callbacks to prospective clients who have indicated an interest in obtaining agent assistance with choosing a Medicare-related insurance plan
• Fully and accurately explain benefit provisions to prospective clients
• Help prospective clients to make informed decisions regarding their insurance options
• Enroll prospects by phone, mail or if prospect is local-- in-office conference room.
• All leads and training provided to help you succeed
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Outbound calls to warm prospects - age 65 + who need help with setting up Medicare supplement or related health insurance plans
• Answering inbound calls from prospects
• Provide a positive client experience by educating and helping prospects to understand their benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures
• Compliance with all applicable federal and state insurance laws
• Good record-keeping skills to document ALL communications with clients
• Able to work longer hours during the fall annual election period, which runs from October 15th -- Dec. 7
Experience/Education required:
• Prior experience in the Medicare insurance market
• Phone experience a must -- clear pronunciation and diction
• Pleasant, positive attitude -- patient and empathetic
• Competent use of computers, experience with Microsoft office -- able to navigate internet, company database and use email
• CLEAR criminal background and HEALTHY credit score
• High School Diploma or higher education
• Excellent verifiable job references & stable employment record
