At least one year General Lines P/C insurance experience
Explaining insurance coverage's and making policy changes to current policyholders
Quoting and writing new applications for property insurance
Loyalty and stability for long-term growth
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Enjoys working with the public
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Computer literate
Interest in selling products and services based on customer needs
Ability to multi-task
Ability and drive to "get the job done"
Professional attitude with eagerness to learn
Ability to maintain client retention
Ability to follow up with customers on a timely manner over the phone
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Location: Garland TX
Compensation: 26K plus
