• Write new business applications using quote sheets and checklist (including telemarketing, PQB's and app)

• New business customer thank you process
• Follow up on applications pended -- (check policies and follow up calls and batch filing at end of month)
• Marketing with realtors, apartment owners and condominium owners
• Work cancellation audit and returned mail
• Claims follow up process
• Follow-up on endorsements pending and batch filing at end of month including Parts and Labor mailings / Motor Club mailings
• Organize new business customer folders
• Set CPR appointments for agent / Financial Specialist and send renewal postcards
• Life terminations, new business issuance and setting appointments for Financial Specialist
• Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
