torcycle. The individual who performs this role will get 50% of their leads from the agency and 50% from their own networking/lead sources.
The role is commission only, however we have an outstanding compensation plan and bonus program. You MUST have prior sales experience. Although insurance experience isn't required, you will be required to get a property & casualty insurance license.
A candidate for this job is self motivated, well spoken, outgoing, and can easily explain features and benefits of the product to a prospective client.
