Requirements:
• Life & Health license in Mississippi. If currently unlicensed we will work with you to obtain the required insurance licenses.
• Excellent Communication skills -- oral, written and group.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Organizational and effective Time Management skills.
• Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
• BA degree preferred.
Hours: Monday -- Friday, 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m.
Salary: $25,000 base salary + benefits, company laptop, and cell phone.
**Position goes to commission only after 6-9 months.
