Responsible for new business production generated from opportunities created by company. Develop relationships with affiliates to ensure we're "top of m ...more

•Sales and Marketing
o Quote and sell leads provided by company as a result of traditional and Real Estate marketing efforts.
o Develop and maintain relationships with prospective referrals sources such as Realtors, Escrow officers and other prospective sources.
o Maintain metrics for production including but not limited to; new, renewal, rewrite quotes, sales, rewrites and written renewals.
o Promote agency in community and via social media to drive new business to agency.
o Maintain positive relationships with clientele and ensure account rounding is consistent and standard practice.
•Customer Service and Underwriting
o Ensure all underwriting rules, agency rules; state requirements and other criteria are followed to the letter within designated team.
o Follow processes and ensure all leads are considered saleable. Assist agency as needed in retaining clients at or above the agency retention rate.
o Ensure all clients are serviced above and beyond their expectations and PISA is protected from any E&O exposure.
o Assist CSR with difficult cases, answer questions and act as mentor to help CSR's or other support personnel reach Sales Agent level.
o Write applications that would be considered profitable from a loss ratio and service perspective. Applications must be completed and entered into the agency management system properly to ensure there is no residual service due to information that should be submitted at the point of sale.
o Document all conversations with client in agency management system to avoid E&O and give clients best service experience possible.
•General Requirements
o Licensed P&C agent
o Carry yourself as the ultimate professional when working in the office or representing PISA within the community or to our affiliates.
o Stay updated with latest company or agency policies, procedures and underwriting guidelines.
o Promote the use of all tools in agency including but not limited to; agency management system, comparative rater (FSC) and insurance carrier websites.
o Attend all agency-required meetings, trainings and other functions.
•Other duties as assigned.
