We are currently looking to add an additional Licensed Customer Service Representative at our Florence location immediately. Because this is an urgent need, you MUST be available to interview immediately and begin within two weeks!. This is a key role within the organization that is responsible for quoting and servicing property insurance policies through various carriers' websites.
Responsibilities Include:
Cross-selling existing customers with other products
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
