Become a Farmers Agent. . .. . ..
I am looking to place a full time multi lines agent this year in your home town in Ohio. If you are selected, it is unlike any opportunity out there. Most sales/insurance jobs just pay you commission only. If you are selected to be one of the multi lines agents this year, As a Reserve Agent you will receive full commissions until you achieve Career Agent status, Then Farmers will provide a subsidy compensation program for 2 years to supplement your income plus full commission and bonuses while you grow your agency. In addition to subsidy and full commissions, you get a comprehensive group health benefits package along with many other benefits that we can speak more about in person. The nature of this career requires a financially sound individual that must pass a background/credit check with a clean criminal background. Responsibility is a key factor to becoming one of the individuals I choose.
