I am hiring agency producers that are self-motivated, and have an entrepreneurial spirit to market, sell and service insurance products to existing clients and new customers for our agency. This position is for part-time producers and full time agents.

Why DM Insurance Services? I am offering a fantastic compensation plan, more money than most insurance agencies, a chance to earn up to 9% on all premiums. You could make 100k in less than 5 yrs. on my program. We provide all hard costs in training, office space, utilities, computer software ect. We have lower quotas, we only ask for minimum of 5 policies a month or 15 per quarter. Some companies ask for 40 per quarter. We will also help you set up up your own agency after 5 yrs. if you choose.
Responsibilities Include:
• Prospecting for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from cold-calling, networking, marketing, referrals and lead databases
• Setting appointments with prospective insurance customers and meeting with individuals and business owners in their homes, businesses or other settings
• Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective clients needs and goals with exceptional customer service
• Accurately completing policy applications and submitting required documentation
• Servicing current policy holders by delivering policies and assisting with policy changes
Expanding current business by consistently understanding clients' changing needs and making appropriate recommendations
• Maintaining knowledge of products, sales techniques, promotional items, state insurance regulations and company policies and procedures
• Meeting continuing education (CE) requirements for initial and continued permanent insurance licensing
• Attending required Company meetings and functions and reporting to the local office in a timely fashion
Requirements:
You DO NOT need sales or insurance experience to be successful in this role!
Our training program will help get you ramped up and ready to win! In addition, we will assist you in attaining your insurance license.
You MUST, however, possess the following background/characteristics:
• Good communicator--excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner
• Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid state driver's license and reliable insured transportation
• Active P&C Insurance license, or ability to obtain one
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., "People Person")
Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
• Strong community presence and network of contacts
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
