Basic Function:
Build a Life, Annuity, Disability and Critical Illness insurance product focused agency
• Drive premium growth through needs based selling
• Develop successful producers through recruiting, selecting, training and developing new and experienced agents
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the insurance industry practices, current sales strategies, business and personal management principles, state and federal legislation
• Proven sales skills and the ability to motivate others
• Current state producer license(s) within 90 miles of office
• Errors and Omission Coverage
• Detailed Product Knowledge with experience in life, annuity, disability and critical illness insurance prouducts
• Agent recruiting, training and retention skills
• Ability to prepare and implement marketing and prospecting plans
• Successful career as an insurance agent
Training provided
Compensation:
Commission and Bonuses. 1st year expectation $80,000 - $150,000 net
