Growing Allstate Insurance Agency with an immediate opening for a self-motivated and goal oriented team player to join our team! Property and Casualty Maryland State license a plus. Prior State Farm, Allstate, or Nationwide Insurance a plus. If you are not licensed but have a strong inside sales background then you will be considered for an interview.
What are we looking for?
• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent
• Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Systems is a plus but not required. Must be computer fluent
Detailed Oriented--great at follow up
• Knowledge of processing communication logs
• Drive to excel and capable of maintaining high productivity in sales.
• Generous, ethical and supportive team member.
• Strengths in account rounding and up selling
• Good communication skills
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service. Individual MUST have excellent oral and written communication, organizational and computer skills. Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel required.
