Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the activities for multiple existing and new clients by providing services detailed below, but not limited to:
• Selling property and casualty insurance to potential new clients;
• Heavy phone volume;
• Work closely with management and clients to resolve policy reporting, and compliance issues;
• Develop relationships with clients to encourage open communication; and
• Working as member of the team offering to help all others at anytime.
Qualifications:
• Property & Casualty License;
• AS Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; candidates will need to demonstrate this in the recruiting process;
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and the ability to learn proprietary software with ease;
• Attention to detail, high accuracy and excellent data entry skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed to support the company's business needs;
• Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work at a computer work station for most of the day, use the telephone and office machinery to accomplish duties; and
• Transport industry experience is a plus.
