Alfa Insurance offers auto, home, and life insurance. As an associate agent at Alfa, you would be responsible for contacting existing customers to offer additional services and bringing in new customers to the agency. The position is entry-level, and we are looking for self-motivated, high energy people that are looking to help our clients protect their families and assets. The goal is to put the associate agent in a position to be successful in opening his/her own agency within 2-5 years. Training is provided and no experience is necessary. Leads are provided and there is an existing book of business available to cross-sell. Compensation is performance based with renewal opportunities to build residual income.
